We built 12+ production workflows. We wrote 7 database migrations. We deployed full TCPA compliance, AI calling, Meta CAPI integration, real-time monitoring, error handling, and a number correction system that recovers leads with bad phone numbers instead of discarding them.

A regional symphony orchestra held a free community concert that generated an outpouring of support for their upcoming season at a new, larger venue. Within days, hundreds of emails arrived from patrons expressing interest in season tickets, asking about the new seating layout, and offering congratulations and feedback — all going into a single Gmail inbox with no system to process them.

The manual process: one staff member reading every email, copying names and contact information into a spreadsheet, referencing the new seating chart, manually assigning seats, sending individual confirmation emails, and processing payments one by one. Complaints and congratulations were mixed in with intake emails, with no way to triage or prioritize.

We built a complete intake and management platform from scratch — designed for nontechnical staff who needed to stay in control without becoming technologists.

  • Gmail intake workflow reads incoming emails, classifies them, and routes each to the appropriate workflow automatically
  • Supabase database captures all patron contact information, interest level, seating preferences, and interaction history
  • n8n workflows handle seat assignment from available inventory, generate personalized confirmation emails, and trigger payment links
  • Stripe payment integration processes season ticket purchases and sends automated acknowledgment and tax receipts
  • Complaints and compliments route to a separate Slack channel for staff review — nothing gets lost in the inbox
  • Facebook audience and Meta integration to reach community members who attended the free concert with targeted season ticket promotions
  • Slack and Telegram monitoring gives staff real-time visibility — emails processed, seats assigned, payments completed — day or night
