What is included in the Growth subscription versus billed as custom work?

Accepted Answer

Growth subscription automations use standard webhook, REST API, and database patterns that can be deployed and monitored without per-client custom development. Custom integration work — such as QuickBooks OAuth setup, proprietary system APIs, legal document generation, FCRA-compliant background check integrations, and on-premise system middleware — is billed at a minimum of $150 per hour. Rates may increase based on scope, third-party API limitations, and delays outside TotalAutomation.ai's control. A written scope of work is always provided before any custom work begins.

Is monitoring included for custom integrations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Monitoring via Slack and Telegram is included in the subscription for all automations where the connected platform supports API or webhook read access. For systems with restricted write APIs that prevent automated remediation, monitoring alerts are still included in the subscription — but fixes are billed at the prevailing hourly rate with a one-hour minimum per incident.
